If anyone is wondering, yes, the Nexa MIMST-1703 can be used with Homey Pro 🙂.  
I used the Nexa app and registered it as LMDT-609.  
In flow, I used zones as respectively activated and deactivated with a delay of 300 seconds. I didn’t make any changes inside the sensors, but in the advanced setting, I entered a forced stop after one minute.
