Can you add more information on how to perform the OTA of the Wireless Switch? Following the user manual to press the reset button for 10 times does not seem to be working

If it is similar to any other Zigbee device, you can just start the OTA using the Homey interface, no need to execute a special action on the device. If it is a sleepy device (like most battery-powered devices) you just need to make sure it is awake when starting: do that by pressing any button before starting the OTA.
