Hello my fellow Miele owners. Have you been able to get info out of washing machine? I.E. Powerdisk empty, water turned off and such. I can get message that information is displayed, but not what the actual information is. ---

It is the same as the steam oven. Only the message there is “some” information, not what. ---

Hello, I’am trying to my wasingmachine (WSD164) with no luck. I have it working in de app from miele but when i’am trying to add it in homey it is saying no device found. any tips? ---

Hi, Thank you for your message. We have released a new version of the Miele Homey app “1.7.3”. This can be installed and should fixed the problem you encountered. There was an unforeseen change in the API definition which broke the app. I will be closing this ticket, but if you’re in need of additional support in the future please do not hesitate to send us a new email! Still problems with the app not updating! Restart of app do make values update once, but then stays without updating….. ---

I did install the app manually (just again).Then I had to login on every single device, but it works! ---

I see the same. One update after restart of app, or repair of device. Then nothing. My cooker hood has a flow that turns on/off the light, and that works somehow. But dryer and washing machine… not so much. ---

I need a new washing machine and might go for a Miele, but should work with Homey. So I’m doing some research. Does anybody know how the start card works? Which program does it start? ---

Yes, you need to restart the Miele app very often, preferably before use 😥 When I open the door of the room with my washing machine, I do restart the app. I don’t like it too, I hope the Miele app can be improved. ---
