Maybe login to hq developer portal and recreate the ‘app’ in there. (=new appkey/appsecret). In that case follow the steps from post 1 carefully. ---

Any interest in a dashboard widget? I have been playing with something similar to the Husqvarna mobile apps “map” view - drawing out the positions on a satellite image. Maybe it could also include next start and error code. Ideas or opinions? ---

I can release 1.4.3 anytime as it is a very small change and the ~10 testers have at least not said anything. There is also a bigger change based on an external PR adding “EPOS zone” support in the pipeline 🙂 But this will take some additional time. But 1.4.3 we could do release this weekend. ---

Great work, it works perfectly. Suggestion for a dashboard feature, maybe in a upcoming release; Would it be possible to have a Dashboard that is something like the app for Homey Pro, called "[Spacey Plan] by Ludwig Aldrin ? It´s actually quite well made, in that it allows the user to add a floorplan for your house as a picture file, and then you can add whatever you as the user might have in the specific rooms/floors of your house. Could that ba a option for our automovers? since every garden is by design unique, could it be something to have for this Husqvarna app you´ve made? Anyway, just a thought. Great app, thanks a lot for your work 🥰 ---

Thank you for a very functional app! However, a few (new) status messages are missing for my Automower R6V related to the frost guard feature and possibly other features. It currently just says “NOT\_APPLICABLE” when frost guard kicks in. ---

Such a brilliant app - thanks a lot [Magnus Ohlsson](https://homey.app/nl-nl/apps/author/5a8c13f9eb9f7a2c9d6ca715/)! One addition that’d be amazing is workzones (available in all the new Husqvarna models). Some thoughts on how this could be useful: 1. **Skip areas when you’re not at home** If the mower has a tendency to get stuck in certain areas, disable them when you’re not around to rescue it, in case it gets stuck. Much less hassle! 2. **Weather-aware area selection.** After heavy rain, skip the shaded back area that stays soggy and only mow the sunny front lawn. Right now it’s all-or-nothing. 3. **Presence-based zoning.** Mow the play area / trampoline zone / parking area only when nobody’s home 4. **One-click mowing** Use it to make a card in Homey that sends the mower straight to the driveway etc (great for parents/grandparents who just need a simple way to operate the mower) 5. **Keep mower out of sprinkler areas** If sprinklers are active, avoid mowing these areas Every one of these is currently impossible in Homey and impossible in the Automower Connect app too, since it has no conditional logic. This is exactly the kind of thing a hub is for. **How it could work** The Automower Connect API already supports this. I’ve confirmed the following from the ioBroker and Home Assistant integrations (I couldn’t verify the exact request payload against Husqvarna’s official API reference, since it sits behind a developer-portal login — worth double-checking before implementing): - The mower status response includes a `workAreas` array with `workAreaId`, `name`, `cuttingHeight` and `calendar` per area. - There’s a `capabilities.workAreas` boolean that indicates whether the mower supports the feature at all. - There’s a `startInWorkArea` action taking a `workAreaId` and an optional `duration` in minutes (0 = override until further notice). It goes to the same actions endpoint the app already uses for Start, Park and ResumeSchedule. So the implementation could be fairly contained: 1. **New “Then” card: “Start in work area [dropdown] for [number] minutes.”** The dropdown gets populated from the `workAreas` array already present in the status response — no extra API calls, so no impact on the 10,000/month rate limit. 2. **Optional: a flow token or condition for the current/last work area,** so flows can react to which area the mower is in. 3. **Optional: a “Set cutting height for work area” action,** since `cuttingHeight` is exposed per area. Home Assistant does this as one number entity per area. 4. **Graceful degradation:** only register the cards when `capabilities.workAreas` is true, so nothing changes for users on older wire-boundary models.
