Unfortunately it isnt possible to add a live stream in homey ( as far as i know )  
but there are some 3th party tools / apps available like e.g. “hdashboards” ( [[PRO][Dashboard] HDashboards a dashboard system fully focussed on Homey - Developers - Homey Community Forum](https://community.homey.app/t/pro-dashboard-hdashboards-a-dashboard-system-fully-focussed-on-homey/88227))  
with this tool you can create your own layout for e.g. a webbrowser / mobile phone / tablet , which do support livestreams
