Hi, I have the hikvision acusense outdoor camera. 4 at each corner of my house. And the cheapest hikvision acusense NVR. I use hikvision app to see the camera’s. I have a flow that warns me of movement on my driveway. Also flows when I’m not home to turn on lights etc… At least buy the acusense nvr as this is a smar nvr which filters false errors from the camera’s. The App won’t work with Homey Homey v4.2.0 Will look to update before it got released as stable. ---

Updated my Homey to v4.2.0-RC version and it run well. Also added new camera and does not crash. There is a error message which seems not an issue of the app itself. Maybe a browser problem, try to pair the camera with [https://developer.athom.com/tools/pair](https://developer.athom.com/tools/pair) ---

Hey @mapulu , I tried to connect my recorder with 4 domes today, but didn’t succeed. Running homey 4.1 I can’t go further than this screen. Can’t test or pair. Strict won’t work here. It means that the SSL certificate have to be valid. Won’t work with self signed certificates and IP. Remove the tick after strict. Also check the IP, local it often starts with 192. (you should also able to open it in the browser and see the camera login page) ---

I tried it today with a local ip adres, first I tried with my public IP. The local IP is 192.168.178.200. With or without SSL, didn’t work both. I just can’t test or connect ☹ Thakyou for your help! ---

I have also a pan and tilt (No zoom) camera (ds-2cd2q10) of hikvision and can control the camera with relative PTZ but Would prefer controlling the camera with predefined Presets of the camera. ---

I send the following webhook to move my hikvision ptz cam to a preset: [http://user:password@ipadres](http://user:password@ipadres):port/ISAPI/PTZCtrl/channels/1/presets/5/goto The number after preset indicates the preset number. In this case 5. Use “put” as methode; fill in the url above into “url”; Leave headers empty; Body: {}; Good luck 😉 ---

Is this app also compatible with Ezviz (a brand of Hikvision) cameras? In particulair the Ezviz C6T? ---

I bought an Hikvision NVR and want to add it to Homey. When adding the device the test is succesfull but homey/the app does not see the device as registered. Any idea? I am on homey 4.2.0 and use the Hikvision DS 7604-E1/A NVR. ---

I have two 8MP original hikvisions connected to Homey. i would like to have a snapshot when our wireless bell rings. I already get a notification that there’s someone at the door. But somehow the snapshot doesnt send. if i preview the cam through homey it works fine. I tried doing push message with picture - \> and then selecting camera. is this the correct way? anyone can assist?
