There are several ways to do this:

- Developer → Tools → Z-Wave (with the long code as described in the linked post)
- Advanced settings of the Dimmer 2 → Raw Configuration
- Flow, in the “Then…” section → add card “System/Z-Wave” → Send unprocessed command (or similar)

Afaik, it’s not possible to change parameter via raw configuration if the device is secured included.
