That would indeed be great.  
For the solaredge it already works via the app (and modbus). I can even reduce production to. A set level

For enphase I am using a [workaround](https://community.homey.app/t/negative-prices-stop-or-reduce-solar-productiom/135520) that works well with homey. But only shutdown/switchon no reduction
