Maybe try to remove the curtain driver from Homey and pair it again with Homey. You’ll need to update your flows afterwards (as the device ID will change); for that you can use this tool: [Flow Converter](https://homey.app/a/app.l4m.flowconverter/). ---

repairing is not an option, I have 6 and all 6 have this issue. As said, when I use the hub cards it works and using the via HA it also works (HA connects also using BLE). It worked fine until 1 or 2 days ago, since I received the homey update. ---

at the moment it works again (restarted the app an hour ago). But the position reports oke after opening/closing, the problem itself is not occuring at the moment edit I restart the APP again and tested again, the app log only shows: - 2026-07-30T20:46:13.369Z - BLE advertisement subscriptions enabled Nothing more, not even when opening/closing the curtains… ---

I noted that the older one had different options compared to the newer one, when it comes to the recently introduced Quick Actions in Homey. Only after re-pairing the older driver I got the same new options. So my thought was that your issue might also be caused by a change in the Homey firmware that could be fixed by a re-pair. ---

@Adrian_Rockall How to fix my issue?!?! Again today values where 0… Log empty… I updated the app to the last official version (instead of test) and immiatly after it was installed my automation started to run because they now had the correct values in the cards. But I am not sure if this version fixes the problem, the log is stil empty ---

All the code changes are on GitHub but I must have forgotten to build the binaries. I will check it later to refresh my memory on what I changed and maybe update the binaries this afternoon. ---

I have the same here with 6 Switchbot H&T devices (using these already for years). I’m using the Switchbot app version 2.0.83. Restarting Homey does not solve the problem. Suddenly this morning, after 20h, I received an update for maybe 30min. Since then, there have been no updates of the capabilities. ---

The only thing I can think of is where I have switched to advertisements instead of polling. I am looking into it but mine is working fine, so I am just making guesses. ---
