Diagnostic Report abf3378d-6e5e-4df0-8212-2194add199ad. Can you open the log tab and check id there are any errors reported. You can send that log if you want me to take a look. ---

Hi again. It didn’t help, I still get the same “Rate limit” and very often I can’t unlock my doors with Homey and have to use the Switchbot app. I have five locks in total, four at my house and one at my moms house. I have two Hub Mini and one HP E23 at home, my mom have one Hub Mini and one HP E23. ---

Did you set the Number of Homey’s to 2 on both? SwitchBot only allows 10000 calls per day and the app works out how frequently to poll based on the number of devices that require polling. If you have more than one device accessing your account then the app has to allow for that and divide the allowance between them on each device. ---

No I did not, found out that my Homey still had 1 in the settings. I have changed that now. ---

Did you send the log? The way it is pasted in there is almost unreadable as it has lost all of it’s formatting. It looks like the issues in there are problems with BLE. ---

I have been looking into this one, but ATM all it supports is reporting the current temperature and humidity. The API does list some methods to set text, but I can’t seem to make that work, or at least I can’t see where it is displayed. I have asked my contact at SwitchBot about that and will publish a new version once I know if they are going to be supported. ---

Ok, it’s working now. The new test build for Switchbot fixed the issue, also my network was having IPV6 issues which have now been fixed. Thank you Adrian!!! ---

Ok, new issue. The Switchbot Relay Switch and 2PM Hub can be added, receive information but cant control devices. I sent the logs. Also can you add the relay switch and 2PM BLE options? ---

Hello, I bought a SwitchBot Smart Radiator Thermostat to test it out. I connected it to a Hub Mini. It displays correctly in the SwitchBot app and can be controlled without any issues. Afterward, I integrated it into the Homey app. However, no current data (set temperature, mode, and measured temperature) is displayed in the Homey app. If I change the temperature or heating mode via Homey, the change is applied to the thermostat and also updated in the SwitchBot app. However, if I change the temperature or heating mode directly on the thermostat or in the SwitchBot app, the change is not transmitted to Homey. Homey continues to display the values ​​last set via Homey. All my other SwitchBot devices work perfectly with Homey. Is this a known issue, and is there a solution for it? Best regards, Bernd ---

No OAuth client available to register the SwitchBot webhook ``` I only have two BLE devices (both Curtain 3 drivers) connected via your ESP32 BLE Hub. The log source on the said tab is set to ‘BLE Only’. The error seems to relate to when using a SwitchBot hub, which I don’t have. Looks like the app is checking for a connection with the SwichBot hub every minute, which will never succeed. Maybe that check can be disabled if no hub devices are connected? ---

OK, that is harmless noise that can be ignored. I have added a fix to only start the polling once a hub device is detected and that will be in the next update. ---
