It looks like you sent me the Information log, could you select the next tab along which is the Device Log, then tap on Get Log and then Send Log. That should provide a list of your devices so I can see if it’s supported.

Ah, OK, that is a known issue ATM and SwitchBot are working on a solution.

Switchbot said they had a fix last week and that they were making it available to 'Homey" which would solve the problem of too many calls to SwitchBot too quickly from Homey.

On the morning of the 7th things started working again, but by the evening it had stopped working again and the error 190 was back again.

The other thing that happened on the 7th was that when I got up my Homey Bridge was not able to connect no matter how many times i turned it off and on again. As soon as it connected it dropped again.

In the end I went into the Homey developer site and did a restart from there, which seems to restart all the server/cloud processes/contexts that are being used by your Homey Bridge.

I haven’t tried it again since, but could it have been the restart of the server processes/ contexts that solved the problem, albeit temporally? For the Homey Bridge it is the server side processes which talk to the SwitchBot services.

I am looking into adding the RGB light and need a bit more information. Could you open the app setting page, select the Event Log tab and enable it. Then change the lights colour via the Tahoma app (preferably red, then green, then blue) and also the brightness, which should hopefully generate some message in the log. Once you have the message, send the log.
Basically I need to see what format the data arrives in along with scale of the numbers, e.g. 0 - 255 or 0 - 1, etc.

The log only shows the off state. Could you do it again with the on state.
Maybe also enabled me Information Log and send that please.

Looks much better. I will get back to it this evening.

I have published a new test version that should find you lights using the “RGB Light” driver.
I have tested it as much as I can, but without the device that is limited. If you find any issue then let me know.
