# \[APP\] Aqara & Xiaomi Smart Home - Simplify your life with a smarter home

Hello @TedTolboom, It seems that something changed in a recent version of the Aqara app or Homey firmware update that broke (some of) the maintenance functions of the Aqara Curtain Driver E1. I am not able to unlock and lock the curtain driver anymore via the maintenance section. I get the following error:

Via the web app:

Via the mobile app:

Another user reported the same issue in this topic: [Aqara Curtain driver E1 installeert wel maar werkt niet](https://community.homey.app/t/aqara-curtain-driver-e1-installeert-wel-maar-werkt-niet/147528). Note that I can open/close the curtains; just the maintenance functions give this error.

Any idea what’s wrong and how to solve it?
