# \[APP\] Aqara & Xiaomi Smart Home - Simplify your life with a smarter home

I’ve tried using the Zigbee integration, but it doesn’t recognize the device. only give access to on/off button.

Then, I tried using the Aqara Apps. The same result, but it’s quite strange because the device is listed as compatible with the product.

it’s quite strange that I requested the product to be added, but it seems like it’s already available.

Best result for instance it’s to use a HUB M3 and add it to Homey using Matter.
