How is the user experience with the new T1 sensors? Particular the door/window- and watersensor? Especially regarding Zigbee range? I have a mailbox that I would like to monitor, but the current door/window sensor is very much at the edge of what my setup/distance can handle. Unfortunately I can not put any routers in between because I am in an apartment building. ---

Is there some way to make sensors report values to Homey at a specific time interval? (or more frequently). Sometimes my sensors updates in 5 minutes and sometimes in 60 minutes (not only T1 sensors).
