Hi developers,

I am trying to connect my Anker SOLIX X1 Home Battery system to my Homey Pro via the official Anker SOLIX app, but I am running into a device compatibility issue.

My network setup is completely ready: the battery is connected via a local LAN cable on the same network switch as my Homey Pro, and Modbus TCP is successfully enabled on port 502 with Slave ID 1.

When I select the “Battery” driver in the Homey app and enter the correct IP address, Homey connects but immediately returns the error: **“This device is not supported by this app”** (Dit apparaat wordt niet ondersteund door deze app).

My X1 system uses the hybrid three-phase power module, model code **A5103**. It seems this specific 3-phase model ID is currently missing or rejected by the universal battery driver.

Could you please add support for the **A5103** model/registers in the next update so that three-phase X1 systems can be integrated successfully via Modbus TCP?

Thank you!

Hi Arnold, welcome.

Posting questions “in the wild” to a certain developer often ends up nowhere.

Please send your questions by email to the developer, the preferred way to contact that person, see app page at homey app store.

However, there appears to be a dedicated app topic as well:

NB
The “Developers” category is meant for, um, app developers 😉

Given the app is an official app (not a community supported one) it’s best to follow Anker’s preferred support channel when asking for device support: [Anker SOLIX | Homey](https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.anker.solix/)
