Hello all we had a power failure and now my homey pro 2026 will not start up again.

It’s bleeding red and then white circle again and then bleeding red led ring again.

I looked on internet to remove power white for minimum 15 minits and then connect again but still same problem it won’t start, so it really crashed bad, is their any solution what I can try?

Not all USB cables work with this USB tool. Try another USB C cable if you have one

I’ve been stung by that one… trying the cable that came with Homey Pro, a known good USB C cable I’ve used with SD card readers, Raspberry Pi 5’s etc… It wasn’t until I tried a third USB A to C cable connected to a different USB port on my computer that I got it to work and restore a backup. The sigh of relief was real ha ha

@DonGrigori good to hear you got yours back 😃
