# Aeotec Range Extender 7

Hi there, I’m trying to add Aeotec range extender 7 to homey pro, but every time I try to add device and press the action button I keep stuck in step 1and nothing happens

Try to include the device in direct near to Homey (\< 10 cm), if you haven’t done it.
