# Adding my phone to Homey

Hi,

Not sure if this is the correct place to start my topic but here it is.

I tried to connect the whatsapp device on my Homey Pro 2019.

On my phone there is a Chrome session added after the verification but the device on Homey still is in error, It says “Unavailable”. what is wrong or what did I do wrong?
