I’d suggest to report it in the [main app topic](https://community.homey.app/t/app-philips-hue-transform-the-way-you-experience-light/79).

There are several spread topics about hue bridge pro ranging different issues and different solutions from not yet supported (September last year to restart Homey and “leave it alone for some time”)

The main app topic is followed by the developer and other users, which increases the chance of proper feedback.
