# Acces homey with a new phone

My daughter has a new phone. She was added to the system as guest, but with the new phone she has no access. How can i resend the invitiation previously made

So there is a Athom account create for her as Guest?  
Doesn’t work that account in the Homey mobile App on her new phone?

You can’t, once used with a Athom accountit it isn’t possible to use an invite a second time.

Afer installing her new phone she needs to login again. Now I have to send her a new invitation. But first I should create a new user and adjust some flows. Or do I miss something?
