Durch den Tip vom Support (Looking at your log I see that there are several Z-Wave commands being send every 30seconds, mostly failing.) konnte mein Speicherproblem vom Homey gelöst werden.  
Schuld an der ganzen Geschichte war/ist [diese App](https://community.homey.app/t/aeotec-home-energy-meter-gen5-3-clamp/23927/4) für das HEM ☹
